Daiva Technologies is an AI engineering startup in Bengaluru. We're not the biggest firm you'll talk to. Here's why some of the smartest buyers choose us anyway.
Our Story
The AI industry has a delivery problem. Enterprises are spending more on AI than ever, yet most of it dies between the demo and the deployment. The gap isn't models — it's engineering: evaluation, integration, guardrails, and the unglamorous work of making intelligent systems reliable.
We started Daiva to work on exactly that gap. We bet early on agentic architectures and the Model Context Protocol because we believe the next five years of enterprise AI belong to systems that act — securely, auditably, and under human authority.
We're deliberately small and senior. Every engagement gets engineers who have shipped production systems, because in a field moving this fast, experience with what breaks is the scarcest resource there is.
Principles
A prototype that never ships has negative value — it consumed budget and trust. Everything we build is designed backwards from running in production.
Inflated claims win one deal and lose the next five. We'd rather under-promise to a client we keep for years than impress one we lose in a quarter.
There are thousands of AI startups in India alone. Generalists compete on price; specialists compete on depth. We chose agentic systems and MCP — and we go deep.
We build autonomous systems, but autonomy operates under human oversight. Approval gates and audit trails aren't compliance theatre — they're the design.
Code, models, documentation, infrastructure. Vendor lock-in is a business model; it just isn't ours.
Weekly demos of working software. Evaluation scores, not adjectives. If we can't measure that it's better, we don't claim it is.
Careers
We're building the team that takes enterprise AI from demo to deployment — and we're always looking for bright, experienced engineers who want their work to ship, not sit in a slide deck. Join us early enough to shape what Daiva becomes: real ownership, frontier problems, and room to grow as fast as the field does. If that sounds like you, we'd love to meet you.
Thirty minutes with the people who'd actually build your system. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.
